Have you ever wondered who at our Maryland Powerlifting meets can total Class I, Master, or even Elite?
The USAPL and IPF have Lifter Classification Standards for both Women and Men. See the chart below. They start at Class IV and move up to Class I then Master and then the best being Elite.
