The 2008 USAPL Navy Open Powerlifting and Bench Only meet has been confirmed for February 23, 2008 at Halsey Field House at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.  Entry form:  click here (deadline is Feb 15th).  Meet Director is Will Spears
