On Saturday, September 29, 2007, in Lanham, MD, 2003 IPF World Powerlifting Champion Sioux-z Hartwig-Gary and Matt Gary, CSCS will be conducting a powerlifting and strength training seminar.   The seminar is from 10:00AM - 5:00PM with a one hour break for lunch. This seminar is geared towards lifters and strength athletes of all abilities.

Topics will include:

• technique discussion with demonstration and participation

• raw vs. geared lifting

• advanced training modalities and techniques

• exercise selection

• designing training cycles

• warm-ups and attempt selection

• contest day nutrition and weigh-ins

• winning mental approach

• and much more

The information presented has excellent crossover application for the athlete, personal trainer, performance enhancement specialist, and strength coach looking to apply and implement the foundational strength movements into their programs. (You do NOT have to be a competitive powerlifter to attend this seminar. We welcome all those interested in strength.)
